Rita Gibson Rayford has more than twenty years of experience in management and compliance. She has most recently served as a Managing Attorney and a member of the senior executive leadership team for a nonprofit law firm. During her career, she has had the opportunity to teach in the areas of administrative law, public administration, nonprofit administration, family law and research methods. She has dedicated a significant portion of her career to advocating for veterans and access to justice. In addition to her law degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, she holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Masters of Public Administration. Ms. Gibson Rayford is a graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law Class of 2016.
