Faculty Profile: Matthew Mulqueen

Matt Mulqueen focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation. Mr. Mulqueen has represented financial institutions, corporations and individuals in various matters involving contract disputes, commercial torts, employment disputes, securities claims, antitrust actions, fraud actions and lender liability issues.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Mulqueen clerked for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
