Brice Timmons is a shareholder at Black McLaren Jones Ryland & Griffee, P.C. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a J.D. in 2010. He practices primarily in the areas of Federal Civil Rights litigation focusing on the criminal justice system and student rights, domestic litigation, and small business disputes. He is a veteran, having served with the U.S. Army's 173rd Airborne Brigade. He is co-owner and founder of High Cotton Brewing Company and worked with the City of Memphis to create craft-beer-friendly ordinances. He was a member of the graduate faculty of the Department of Political Science at The University of Memphis from 2010 to 2016. He lives in Memphis with his wife, Jenifer.
