Biography

Julia Price is a Certified Elder Law Attorney* with Elder Law of East Tennessee, working closely with clients and families who are facing imminent care transitions and may be worried about how to find and pay for needed care. She provides comprehensive Life Care Planning services to assist elders and people with disabilities in planning for their long-term care needs. Because of her background in Medicaid and VA benefits, Ms. Price is especially well equipped to assess clients' financial and care situation and determine how to obtain eligibility for benefits that will pay for care in a facility or at home. Ms. Price received her bachelor's degree in Political Science & History from Agnes Scott College and her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School. Ms. Price is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association; Knoxville Bar Association; East Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women; National Association of Elder Law Attorneys; Life Care Planning Law Firms Association; Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women, and is VA Accredited.
