Janeita Lentz is a solo practitioner based in Memphis, Tennessee, with more than fifteen years in practice. She has a background in family litigation and immigration law, and began her legal career with the local child support office, and then spent several years working for one of the best divorce litigation firms in Memphis, so she has a knowledge base in other areas of law that may impact clients navigating the immigration process. Her primary focus is removal defense, but she also handles what she calls "survivors' visas" such as special immigrant juvenile status for abandoned, neglected or abused children; T-visas, for survivors of human trafficking, and U-visas, for survivors of particularly severe crimes. She proudly focuses on finding creative, even at times unorthodox, solutions to her clients' particular situations.
