Biography

Attorney Constance W. Alexander is a native Memphian. She attended  the University of Memphis for college and graduate school, earning a Bachelor of Arts with honors  in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Thought and Liberal Arts, and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice. Attorney Alexander attended the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis where she received her Juris Doctor.

Attorney Alexander is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the National Bar Association-Ben F. Jones Chapter. Attorney  Alexander  practices in the areas of family law, criminal defense, juvenile law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. In her spare time, Attorney Alexander enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, volunteering with the Youth Court program through the Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County, TN, vacationing, speaking at local MSCS schools for career days,  and cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies and University of Memphis Tigers.
