Faculty Profile: Jason Bentley

Jason is a member of the Encompass Project Management team at Nelson, Mullins, Riley, Scarborough LLP in the Nashville office. He has managed document review, provided quality control and training on multimillion page document review projects, and managed hundreds of attorneys at Encompass’ Nashville facility and other satellite locations. Jason regularly oversees project lifecycles for clients, case counsel, and document review teams and regularly coordinate and manage large-scale, cost-effective document reviews for large litigation and internal and government investigations . He is responsible for planning and managing all support for cases, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, and coordinating technical/data processing support.
