Faculty Profile: Maria Ollis

Maria launched Spear IP six years into her lawyer life, knowing she was not meant to be another lawyer in a suit. A few pairs of jeans later, Maria delivers peace of mind and security to bloggers, podcasters, and online brands when it comes to IP protection, contracts, and internet law. Maria's goal is to make the path to protecting and growing an online business affordable, understandable, and low-stress. When she’s not hammering away at a copyright issue or recording a YouTube video, you can catch her dancing to Hamilton with her toddler son, cooking with her husband, rocking her new baby, or hollering at her dog to get down from the couch. Maria is a member of the Tennessee, Michigan, and New York bars.
