Robert Cameron "Cam" Caldwell began his legal career with the Yezbak Law Offices in Nashville, Tennessee, where his practice was primarily dedicated to the representation of thousands of workers in complex collective action cases in federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. While at the Yezbak Law Offices, Cam gained employment law, Fair Labor Standards Act and invaluable litigation experience in various state and federal courts while honing his skills in dispute resolution and developing a general entertainment and business practice.
Cam joined the Crownover Firm as Special Counsel focused on the firm's current litigation and dispute resolution cases, as well as growing his book of business in the entertainment and business worlds. He represents and counsels a wide array of clients, ranging from artists and songwriters, to consumer product manufacturers and entertainment-related businesses.
Cam grew up in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University, where he also played college baseball and performed regularly as a musician at local venues in and around Statesboro, Georgia. Upon earning his juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, Cam moved to Nashville with his family to start his career as a litigator and to develop an entertainment law practice.
Cam is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts with a particular working knowledge of the Federal Middle District Court of Tennessee. He has served on the Executive Council of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, as well the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee of that Section serving as a producer and moderator for the annual CLE event.
