Biography

Gulam Zade is the Chief Legal Officer of Frontline Managed Services. He is responsible for providing legal counsel to executive team and developing solutions that advance company priorities and protect Frontline and its clients. Prior to joining Frontline, Gulam served as CEO of LOGICFORCE and successfully led the company through its sale to Frontline in August 2021. Under Gulam’s leadership, LOGICFORCE’s equity value increased 14.5x+ and the company established itself as the premier legal IT consultancy in the United States.

He also has experience in private practice, where he specialized in restructuring, corporate insolvency, and bankruptcy. Gulam has represented bankruptcy trustees and receivers in both state and federal courts, as well as corporate entities and individuals in out of court workouts.

Gulam is an active member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel. He currently serves as the president-elect of the Nashville Bar Association (NBA). He previously served as the president of the NBA’s Young Lawyers Division. Gulam was a member of the inaugural class of the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum and currently serves as the Forum’s co-chair. He serves as Chair of the National Small Law Department Network and Treasurer of the Tennessee Chapter of the ACC.

Gulam was named a 2020 Fellow by the American Bar Foundation. He is a recent recipient of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Nashville Emerging Leader Awards (NELA), the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, a multi-year winner of the publication’s Best of the Bar Award and was named one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Middle Tennessee Chapter.
