Faculty Profile: Nicholas Vescovo

I serve as the Executive Advisor to the CEO at Youth Villages, supporting strategic, legal, and operational work across programs including Intercept, LifeSet, and our residential treatment campuses. After more than a decade in private practice, I transitioned into this role to focus on strengthening services for young people across Tennessee. My work includes organizational risk management, legal counseling, and policy and regulatory strategy. A lifelong Memphian, I’m committed to building stronger systems and better outcomes for the families we serve.
