Faculty Profile: Mary Bratton

Mary Katherine Bratton serves as Deputy General Counsel with the Office of General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Health.  She and her team focus on litigation in the area of inappropriate prescribing before the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners, Tennessee Board of Nursing, other boards whose licensees have prescribing authority, and pain clinics.  She is also currently the advisory attorney for the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners, Physician Assistants Committee.
