Faculty Profile: Audrey Calkins

Audrey Calkins has been an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee in Memphis since April 2020. Before becoming an AUSA, she practiced labor and employment defense for about six years at the Memphis office of a nationwide labor and employment boutique, and she represented non-practicing entities in patent infringement litigation and defended an oil and gas company at a commercial-litigation firm in Houston, Texas before that. After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2011, Audrey clerked for U.S. District Judge S. Thomas Anderson.
