Biography

Charlotte Mattingly is the co-owner of Spurgin & Mattingly, PLLC in Chattanooga, TN. Charlotte’s practice is focused on juvenile and family law, including adoption, child custody, dependency and neglect actions, and divorce.  Charlotte serves as a member of the executive committee for Juvenile and Children's Law for the Tennessee Bar Association (and former Chair) and is the "Welcome to Tennessee" Chair for the TBA Young Lawyers Division. Charlotte lives in Chattanooga, TN with her husband and three dogs.
