Faculty Profile: Douglas Russo

Doug Russo is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee. He has practiced exclusively immigration law at Rose Immigration Law Firm for approximately five years. His practice includes primarily business immigration, including PERM, I-140s, and employment-based adjustment of status and employment-based nonimmigrant status types (E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN).

In 2014, he graduated cum laude from Belmont University College of Law in its inaugural class. While at Belmont, he served as Senator and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, was a Notes Editor for the Law Review, competed at the National Health Law Moot Court Competition, and served as an Ambassador. He received Best Performance Awards in Property Law, Entertainment Law, Constitutional Law, and Trademark Law.

After earning an undergraduate degree in music technology, Mr. Russo traveled the world performing bass guitar with Royal Caribbean and Holland America cruise lines.
