Faculty Profile: William Clayton

William F. Clayton is corporate counsel at Flatiron Construction Corp. 

He was formerly a Member of the firm Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter, where his practice focused primarily on construction litigation and general commercial litigation.  

Mr. Clayton currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in The University of Tennessee Construction Science Program, where he teaches construction law. He also served as a past Chair of the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association Litigation Section.
