Biography

Nathan assists clients with a wide range of legal issues pertaining to businesses. Nathan's experience includes representing both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures, acting as outside general counsel for early-stage businesses, and assisting clients with business entity selections, corporate governance and contractual matters. He also frequently counsels clients on state and local tax issues, drawing on his previous experience working at a Big Four accounting firm, where he worked in state and local tax planning.
 
Representative clients include those in the electronic payments industry, community banks, e-commerce retailers and a variety of closely held businesses.
