Faculty Profile: Zachary Busey

Zachary Busey is a litigator and labor and employment associate in the Firm's Memphis office. He represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters, with a focus on claims of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination, enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements, wage and hour claims, and all aspects of social media's and technology's impact on the workplace. Zachary further works with employers to develop and implement policies and training programs aimed at reducing their exposure to litigation and liability.

 

Zachary is also a member of the Firm's E-Discovery Committee, focusing on social media as part of the e-discovery process, as well as the Stored Communications Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on Internet advertising and marketing.
