Biography

Jed Roebuck's practice stretches across both the health care and business sections of the firm, as he provides strategic advice to industry leaders regarding financial transactions, compliance and regulatory issues, and general corporate matters.

Jed's health care client network includes physicians, dentists, podiatrists, chiropractors, and other providers, as well as revenue cycle management companies and practice management organizations. Jed also serves as general counsel to industry stakeholders who are seeking creative solutions and strategic guidance regarding operational issues such as management agreements, professional services agreements, provider employment and restrictive covenants, equity arrangements, state licensing and certification issues, and billing and coding matters.

In the business arena, Jed advises clients over a broad spectrum of transactions and contractual arrangements, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, organizational structuring and planning, and corporate governance. Jed has handled matters of all sizes including transactions of $180 million or more.
