Faculty Profile: Psonya Hackett

Psonya Hackett joined the practice of law in 1999, after graduating from Ole Miss Law School. During her early years, she mainly practiced family law and represented kids in the Youth Courts of Mississippi. In 2005, she started work as an attorney for the Mississippi Supreme Court, and until 2012 she practiced law for the nine (9) Justices on the Court.

Psonya moved to Memphis after getting married and began her law firm specializing in the area of Family Law in both Tennessee and Mississippi.  She is passionate about providing solutions and support to families and children during crucial times when they need them the most.
