Faculty Profile: Andrew Rhea

Andy Rhea is Managing Director of Captive Management Services for ICG Captive Services.  Prior to the formation of ICG Captive Services, Andy worked as  Counsel to the Captive Division of the Tennessee Insurance Department where he was instrumental in the formative success of Tennessee’s captive initiative.  Prior to his work with the Tennessee Insurance Department, Andy worked with the Mississippi Insurance Department and in private practice in Jackson, MS.  Andy is a licensed attorney in Mississippi and Tennessee and holds the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation.  He is a graduate of Mississippi State University (BBA and MBA) and the University of Mississippi (JD).
