Amy S. Leopard is a partner in Bradley’s Nashville office and co-chairs the firm’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice. Her practice focuses on the intersection of health care and information technology law, including EHR, privacy and security, breach response, IT procurement, health information exchange, and technology transfer. Amy is on the Board of Directors of the American Health Law Association (AHLA). She is past chair of the AHLA HIT Practice Group and the HIMSS Legal Task Force. She was a hospital vice president in both academic medical center and community hospital settings and interned in the U.S. Department.
