Faculty Profile: John Burchfield

Vice President of Business Development John Burchfield brings over 20 years of experience in management, sales and business development, primarily within the document management industry. With a history of commanding 40-60 percent growth in revenues, profits and operations in previous positions, John’s background and work for Xerox, IKON and other corporations have allowed him to combine his technical experience with his innate skills in marketing, client relations, management, and process streamlining and development. Instrumental in company growth, new market opportunities and client retention, John has improved internal processes, implemented new procedures and helped to create new service offerings, such as DSi’s Remote Governance and Collections (RGC) platform. He also manages the sales team and customer service representatives.
