Faculty Profile: Elizabeth Knotts

In my role as Executive Secretary to the Tennessee State Board of Equalization, I supervise legal and administrative staff, hear statewide property tax appeals, review tax exemptions, provide research and support to the Tennessee General Assembly, and have oversight responsibilities related to property tax incentive programs (TIF/PILOT) and the certified tax rate disclosure process.
