Philip Bangle is an Assistant Attorney General with the Tennessee Office of the Attorney General. He prosecutes healthcare fraud-primarily violations of the Tennessee Medicaid False Claims Act-in the office's Medicaid Fraud Division. Prior to moving to Nashville in 2012, Mr. Bangle was a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice, where he headed up the state's procurement false claims act and civil RICO litigation in the Civil Division and was a member of the Criminal Division's Trial Until, where he first-chaired many felony jury trials, including healthcare fraud, tax evasion, and HUD fraud.
Mr. Bangle received his law degree from Tulane Law School, his Masters in Philosophy from Fordham University, and his undergraduate from Hampden-Sydney College.
