Faculty Profile: Amy Morgan

Amy Sanders assists national healthcare providers with operational, regulatory, and transactional matters, offering practical guidance through the complex and ever-changing healthcare space. Amy works with public and private clients across a variety of industry sectors including hospitals and health systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, hospice and home health, long-term care, and specialty pharmacy. A former journalist, Amy thrives on staying abreast of healthcare developments relevant to clients, recognizing and advising on new areas of risk while analyzing potential growth opportunities. Amy has been published and quoted in local and national media outlets on issues related to implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), and was mentioned in Forbes’ reference guide to the PPACA subsidies issue decided by the Supreme Court of the United States. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Health Care Reform Educational Task Force.
