BiographyOriginally from Riceville, Tennessee, Andy graduated with bachelors of arts degrees in history and philosophy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1995, and with a law degree from the University of Denver in 2001. While in law school, Andy worked as a case manager for an unsecured creditor in a United States Bankruptcy Court case In Re: 360Networks (USA) Inc. In 2007, Andy served as an assistant district attorney for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Newton County, Georgia. Thereafter, Andy worked at Hartley, Rowe & Fowler, P.C. in Douglasville, Georgia, focusing on the representation of clients in civil litigation and personal injury matters. In 2014, Andy joined Robertson Overbey, and maintains a general practice with emphases in business disputes, civil litigation, municipal law, and insurance defense. Andy is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Douglas County, Georgia, an Eagle Scout, and has almost a decade of experience in construction equipment industry sales and operations. Andy enjoys church, spending time with his family, doing volunteer work, and hunting and fishing.
