Faculty Profile: Kelly Davies

Kelly Davies  is the Vice President of Operations for Zotec Partners’ East region.

Working with over 50 practices, Kelly leads a team of professionals responsible for process and operations management solutions for radiology, anesthesia, pathology and emergency medicine practices.  Her region currently processes over 10 million annual procedures and 400 million in payments for clients.

Kelly graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and obtained her Master’s of Science degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She  previously served 6 years on a national women’s leadership board providing guidance for mentoring and leadership programs encouraging growth in communication and business skills for women. Her personal and professional experiences in leadership have made her a sought out speaker for national organizations such as Walmart.

She joined Zotec Partners in 1996 after working in provider relations and ancillary contracting with a regional managed care plan. Ms. Davies is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, Radiology Business Management Association, American Healthcare Radiology Administrators. She is based in Zotec Partners’ Knoxville, Tennessee office.
