Biography

Sarah Klapman concentrates her practice in the area of business litigation and white collar criminal defense. Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Ms. Klapman was a staff attorney with the Federal Defender Program, Inc. where she represented clients charged in a wide range of crimes including embezzlement, mortgage fraud, health care fraud, tax evasion, mail fraud and narcotics trafficking.

Ms. Klapman received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Klapman was the Business and Development Editor of the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology and received the University of Virginia School of Law Pro Bono Challenge Award. After law school, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr. of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia from 2009 - 2011 and from 2011 - 2012 she clerked for the Honorable Raymond C. Clevenger, III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C.
