Biography

Bryson Eubanks was admitted to the practice law in 2019. He attended Carson-Newman University where he played baseball and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2004. Bryson went on to receive a Master of Arts Degree in Gerontology, with a concentration in administration, from Appalachian State University in 2006. In 2008, Bryson began working as the public benefits specialist at the Elder Law Practice of Timothy L. Takacs. It was there that he learned how the law could help him make a difference. In 2016, Bryson began working with Elder Law of Nashville, as a public benefits specialist, where he continued to focus on Medicaid and Veterans Benefits Planning.
Bryson graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2019 and joined Kane and Crowell Family Law Center. At a young age, Bryson watched his grandmother and her siblings take care of his great-grandmother during the last years of her life. He knew then that he wanted to make a difference in the lives of families as they work through the difficult and winding maze of aging. Bryson draws on his years of personal and professional experience to assist clients with Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Veterans Benefits planning, Estate Planning, and Probate matters.
Bryson resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Miller, and their lazy cat, Oliver. During his free time, Bryson enjoys time on Old Hickory Lake, volunteering in the community, and Braves baseball.
