Biography

Nathan Sanders is a Member at Neal & Harwell whose practice focuses on appellate matters, a broad array of civil litigation disputes, and white-collar criminal cases. He has successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals before state and federal appellate courts, and has been recognized two years in a row by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Appellate Practice, among other practice categories. Nathan has worked on several appeals for pro bono clients, which has earned him recognition as an Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court on multiple occasions.

Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Karen LeCraft Henderson of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and worked as an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, where his practice included appellate matters in the Second Circuit, Fifth Circuit, and New York Court of Appeals. Nathan earned his J.D. and graduated Order of the Coif from Vanderbilt University Law School.
