Biography

Megan Joyce is Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Provident Entertainment. 

Megan has spent the past fifteen years as an in-house business & legal affairs executive across both recorded music and music publishing entities, serving in senior capacities at Atlantic Records, Warner Music Nashville, Roc Nation and, currently, Provident Entertainment, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. 
 
Megan began her music career in sales and marketing at EMI Music Distribution and later, WEA, both in Los Angeles. Following law school, she served as an associate at a boutique entertainment law firm in New York City. 
 
Megan received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a registered In-House Counsel in Tennessee.  She is a member of the Recording Academy and the Leadership Music Class of 2017.
