Faculty Profile: Caraline Rickard

Caraline is a partner at Rickard Masker, PLC, where her practice is focused on employee-side employment litigation.  Caraline began her career by representing the people of Tennessee at the Nashville District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Children’s Services. She then successfully represented Tennessee workers in wrongful termination and discrimination cases at Gilbert Russell McWherter Scott Bobbitt, PLC.  Caraline then joined the Labor & Employment Group at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP.  In 2023, she joined Curt Masker to form Rickard Masker, PLC.  She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and her B.S. from Union University.
