Biography

A native of Chattanooga, Drew Clements devotes his time to meeting new people and solving problems. While he mainly practices in the Chattanooga area, he enjoys meeting folks in their homes and offices across Southeast Tennessee. He graduated from Lee University with honors in political science. Then, graduating fourth in his class from the Nashville School of Law, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with high honors.

After working briefly for a medical malpractice defense firm in Nashville while in school, Drew returned home to Chattanooga to focus on an elder law and family law practice. Drew mainly helps clients in probate and estate planning, real estate matters, and family law. However, Drew also aids clients in personal injury and business planning. Drew regularly speaks to professionals about estate planning and offering peace of mind through Medicaid planning and trust-based estate plans.

Drew is a proud member of the Chattanooga PowerNet Chapter of BNI and the Tennessee Bar Association's Elder Law Executive Counsel.  When he’s not in the office, Drew enjoys golfing, hiking, and good food with his wife and family.
