Jacquelynn Richmond is Vice President –Deputy General Counsel for Mercy Health. In this capacity, Ms. Richmond oversees legal services and legal personnel relating to operations across the health ministry. She also serves as primary counsel for various health system entities and initiatives, including virtual health and related services. Prior to her current position, Ms. Richmond served as Vice President – Assistant General Counsel and formerly Chief SSU Counsel. She joined Mercy in July of 1995 as Assistant General Counsel for Mercy Hospital St. Louis before moving to the corporate office and serving in progressive positions in the law department. Ms. Richmond’s past experience involved the private practice of law in the area of antitrust for the international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP. Ms. Richmond received her law degree with honors from St. Louis University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri.
