Biography

Courtney focuses her legal practice on commercial litigation. She has handled a variety of cases in the areas of business disputes, personal injury, professional liability, legal and medical malpractice, premises liability, entertainment law, criminal defense, and highly contested divorces. Courtney’s passion for litigation and ability to connect with clients has allowed her to successfully manage and resolve cases in multiple practice areas. She is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Courtney received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Music Business, magna cum laude, from Belmont University in Nashville, and also earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Belmont. While in law school, she served as the Vice President of Appellate Advocacy for the university’s Board of Advocates, and was also the Executive Articles Editor of the Belmont Law Review.
