Faculty Profile: Jim KempVanEe

Jim KempVanEe is the Director of Digital Forensics at LogicForce Consulting, LLC.  He has over 15 years of experience in the field of digital forensics and has extensive experience in criminal and civil investigations.  Jim has worked in law enforcement since 1992, holds a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and previously ran the digital forensics lab for the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office.  Jim holds several certifications in digital forensics and has attended over 3,000 hours of training in digital investigations and digital evidence.  Jim has conducted CLE presentations on digital forensics and eDiscovery topics throughout the state and has been accepted as a digital forensics subject matter expert in numerous state and federal courts.
