Trent Williams, Esq., is a licensed attorney in Tennessee and North Carolina. Trent practices with Fallone SV, a transactional law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. Trent's practice focuses on startups and tech companies. Prior to joining Fallone SV, Trent completed a JD/MBA at the University of Memphis and then later an LLM in Law & Entrepreneurship at Duke University School of Law. It was during his time at Duke that Trent was exposed to blockchain technology, and the vast industries, including sports betting, that it can greatly impact, but also the countless legal issues it can create.
