Faculty Profile: Brooks Daverman

Brooks Daverman is the Director of the Strategic Planning and Innovation Group at the Tennessee Division of Health Care Finance and Administration.

He is directing the Tennessee Health Care Innovation Initiative, a Governor-led project to change how health care is paid for in Tennessee—moving from volume-based to value-based payment. The initiative partners include TennCare, CoverKids, the state employee benefits division, and Tennessee’s four major insurance companies.

Mr. Daverman has a Master’s in Public Policy for Duke University and was raised in Nashville.
