Biography

Joshua Bradley is an associate attorney at Phelps Dunbar LLP, and is licensed in the State of Tennessee. His areas of practice include Commercial Litigation, Business Law, Environmental Law, Municipal and Administrative Law, Consumer Fraud, and Tort Litigation.
 
A Memphis native, Josh completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he graduated from the Haslam College of Business with a B.S.B.A. in Finance. He earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and Fogelman College of Business in May 2015.
 
While attending law school, Josh served as President of the Federalist Society, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and Treasurer of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. He was a Staff Member of the University of Memphis Law Review and a competing member of the University of Memphis National Trial Team. Josh was awarded the Faculty Emeritus Scholarship and the Law Students for Justice, Pro Bono Service Award, an award given by the Tennessee Supreme Court for dedication to the legal profession and service to the citizens of Tennessee through pro bono service done while in law school. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines.
