Kimbrely Dandridge is a business attorney at Butler Snow LLP and focuses her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate development, and general corporate transactions. She is a member of the finance, real estate, and restructuring practice group. In addition, Kimbrely is a contributor for Forbes Magazine, and she writes stories focused on millennials navigating the world. Kimbrely received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas and her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi.
