Jennifer L. Sneed is an associate with Bourland Heflin practicing in the areas of probate, estate planning and personal litigation. Among the many legal matters Jennifer aids clients with are estate administrations, wills and trusts, residential real estate issues, guardianships for minors, immigration guardianships, conservatorships for adults with disabilities, and drafting powers of attorney. She also litigates cases pertaining to will contests, trust disputes and undue influence claims. Jennifer is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Tennessee.
