Faculty Profile: Nicholas Valenti

Nicholas Valenti is an associate in Baker Donelson’s Nashville office. He is a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property Group, and focuses on patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret litigation. Mr. Valenti has experience preparing motions, engaging in discovery and attending hearings in Federal Court. In addition, he regularly reviews patent portfolios involving a wide range of technologies to determine the viability of patent infringement lawsuits. Mr. Valenti also has legal experience in both Thailand and China. While working at an international law firm in Shanghai, China, he assisted several large European and North American clients with legal disputes arising under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
