Biography

Andrew Harris is an Assistant Post-Conviction Defender with the Office of the Post-Conviction Defender in Nashville. He has more than 18 years of capital litigation experience, providing direct representation and consultation to capital defendants and death-sentenced inmates in trial, direct appeal, state post-conviction, federal habeas corpus, and clemency proceedings. This includes representing the first and only Delaware death row inmate to have their sentence commuted in modern history and freeing two men from Pennsylvania’s death row.
