Faculty Profile: Scott Shimer

Scott has an undergraduate degree in accounting from the Bloomsburg University of PA. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law and was in private practice for 7 years primarily focusing on criminal defense and family law. Scott was an attorney and a senior attorney with the Social Security Administration for several years. He was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge in 2010.
