Biography

John N. Raudabaugh is an attorney with the National Right To Work Foundation and the Reed Larson Professor of Labor Law at Ave Maria School of Law.  He served as a Member of the U.S. National Labor Relations Board participating in more than 4,000 published and unpublished decisions.  As a private practitioner, Raudabaugh represented employers regarding domestic and international labor and employment law matters.  He holds a B.S. in Labor Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. in Labor Economics from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.  He also served as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer.
