Kirby Lewis oversees statewide projects in the energy technology, chemicals, plastics & rubber, and food & agribusiness sectors. Kirby joined TNECD in 2014 as a business development specialist, working internally and across state departments to facilitate job creation in Tennessee. Kirby is a graduate of the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute and holds a master’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Union University.
