
Andy Cole is the Pro Bono Managing Attorney at West Tennessee Legal Services, Inc. He coordinates the office’s private attorney involvement and contract attorney placement programs, which place cases for low income clients with private attorneys for reduced fees or no charge at all. Andy graduated from Belmont University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations and earned his JD from Belmont University College of Law in 2018, where he was a member of the Health Law Journal and Student Bar Association. Additionally, Andy has earned a graduate certificate in Counterintelligence from the Institute of World Politics. Andy spent one year in private practice handling civil rights cases. Since then, his practice at WTLS has focused on elder law, including estate planning, conservatorships, consumer issues, Tenncare and Medicare issues, and construction cases. He is the Past President of the Jackson Madison County Bar Association and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division, and the Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inn of Court.
