Faculty Profile: Tyrone Bennett

Tyrone began his career in 1991 as an Entertainment Underwriter for the Gulf Insurance Company. Over the following 23 years Tyrone graduated as Valedictorian of his class at St. John’s University’s College of Insurance (BBA), worked for Aon Entertainment doing P&C underwriting, for Ohio Casualty doing small commercial P&C, joined Chubb as an Accident underwriter, migrated to professional lines, became the Houston office Executive Protection Practice leader, the CSI Manager, the Regional CSI Manager, and most recently (October 2014) The Nashville Production Office Manager.  As the Branch Manager responsibilities include agency management, product distribution, securing underwriting profit, expense management, and people development for the State of TN. Also, claims and Loss Control personnel report into the Branch.
