Anne Brafford, a Big Law partner-turned researcher, left law in 2014 to study with world-class experts in positive organizational psychology to help guide the way for building engaging workplaces where people and firms can grow and thrive together. To do so, Anne founded Aspire, an educational and consulting firm for the legal profession (www.aspire.legal) and authored a new book published by the American Bar Association titled Positive Professionals: Creating High-Performing, Profitable Firms Through the Science of Engagement. Anne also is the Chairperson of the ABA Law Practice Division’s Attorney Well-Being Committee and is a member of multiple other national and local-level attorney well-being initiatives.
